A COUNTRY HARVEST at Glenrock Gardens

As part of Tenterfields Autumn Festival, Glenrock Gardens will be hosting A Country Harvest.

A massive "Grazing style center table" filled with gourmet produce and delicacies of local and international produce that are not only sublime to your palate but quite unusual fare as they are hard to source and limited in supply. This event will also educate you on the finer points of the creation of some of these products and their individualities. A selection of wines from Balancing Heart will be suggested and available to purchase complement the food should you wish.

The food will include:

International cheeses, House smoked and house-made salamis and cured meats, Fresh seafood including Sydney rock oysters + Japanese sashimi grade scallops ceviche style, Caviar ( 2 different types), Crackers, sourdough bread, whipped butter, dips, relishes and Pickled vegetables along with fresh herbs for both eating and garnish.
