ANTIPASTO PICNIC PLATTER $60
A carefully selected assortment of fresh cured meats and cheeses. You will have two delicious dips to enjoy. These will be accompanied by delicious marinated Artichoke, sun dried tomatoes, mixed marinated olives and stem on Caper berries. You will enjoy fresh, crunchy grapes, juicy strawberries and dried fruits.
Desserts for this Platter will be chocolate coated strawberries and fresh American style brownie.
A selection of crackers will be provided for you to enjoy with your Antipasto Platter.
VEGAN/VEGETARIAN PICNIC PLATTER $80
In this box, you will find freshly made Asian salad and grilled Tofu rice paper rolls with a sweet soy dipping sauce. You will also have delicious vegan cheese, caramelised onion and thyme tartlets. Accompanying these will be a cold coriander noodle salad, topped with slow roasted medditerranian vegetables. In your box you will find a fresh bread stick to enjoy with your vegan basil pesto and fresh tomato and capsicum salsa.
Desserts for this box will be vegan chocolate coated strawberries, spiced fresh pear and a vegan chocolate tart.
GOURMET PICNIC PLATTER $100
This box is a true picnic lover’s dream. In it you will find a fresh bread stick, pate, housemade onion jam, The Mad Platter herbed dip and fresh tomato and capsicum salsa. You will find a delicious Ash Brie cheese as well as a parma cheese with a crisp bite, locally smoked chicken, pastrami and leg ham off the bone.
Desserts for this box will be locally made cake bars with chocolate-coated strawberries and a selection of fresh fruits.
SEAFOOD PICNIC PLATTER $135
This box has been designed for all of the seafood lovers out there. In this box you will have a whole butterflied, roasted lobster tail, basted in garlic butter. Included are our mini seafood rolls (smoked salmon and prawn) on fresh mini bread sticks. Fresh Tiger prawns with a homemade seafood sauce. Raw oysters with a Thai drizzle sauce. For a little something different, we have added our Prawn and mango stuffed chicken wings. To help cut through all of this seafood, you can enjoy a fresh piece of prosciutto wrapped melon.
Desserts for this box will be a box of petite assorted cakes and sweets with chocolate-coated strawberries.
All platters will be two-person boxes and are designed to be enjoyed alone or banquet style by ordering more than one style of box and enjoyed with friends or family.
