This free open day brings together some of the best wedding vendors from Tenterfield and surrounds — all in one stunning location. Whether you're newly engaged or deep in planning mode, this is your chance to walk the grounds, meet local vendors, and start imagining your perfect day.

From floristry and photography to catering and celebrants — destination weddings don't have to be complicated. With the right team in a breathtaking setting, everything you need is right here.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FREE WEDDING GIVEAWAY

1. Entry
 Entrants must register via the TryBooking link provided to attend the event on [date]. Entry/attendance is free.

2. Attendance Requirement
 Entrants must attend the event in person on the day and have their ticket scanned to be eligible to win.

3. Prize Details
 The prize includes venue hire only, covering:
Ceremony inclusions: [list, e.g. chairs, arbor, sound system]
Reception inclusions: [list, e.g. tables, chairs, styling basics]
As per wedding package document.
The prize does not include food, beverages, or on-site accommodation. These will be quoted separately by Glenrock Gardens and are the sole financial responsibility of the winner.

4. Prize Value
 The prize is valued at approximately $8,450 AUD (venue hire only). No cash alternative is offered.

5. Booking Timeframe
 The winning couple's wedding must be booked and held within 12 months of the prize being awarded (by 27/09/2027). Prize is forfeited if not booked within this period, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Glenrock Gardens.

6. Availability
 The wedding date is subject to venue availability. [Business Name] reserves the right to offer alternative available dates within the 12-month period; the prize does not guarantee a specific date.

7. Transferability
 The prize is not transferable to another person, date, or event, and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash.

8. Winner Selection & Notification
 The winner will be drawn/selected on 28/09/2026 by random picker app and notified via Phone and Email.

9. Eligibility
 Entrants must be 18 years or older and legally able to marry in Australia. Employees of Glenrock Gardens and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.

10. Additional Costs
 All costs beyond venue hire — including but not limited to catering, beverages, accommodation, styling, celebrant, photography, and entertainment — are the responsibility of the winning couple.

11. Right to Amend
 Glenrock Gardens reserves the right to amend these terms, substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value, or cancel the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances.

12. Privacy
 Entrant details will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

13. Promoter
